The Pre-Construction process at Allen Concrete & Masonry goes beyond a simple estimate. We continue to improve our customer service by providing innovative tools to simplify and enhance the pre-construction and construction process. Our estimating process produces a more accurate and thorough understanding of the project and bid price that reflects this information modeling.
In analyzing a new project, we are able to construct the entire structure virtually to find any design conflicts that might cause schedule delays before our crews take the field. This process saves our customers downtime and allows for a higher quality product.
Our project management team utilizes computer-automated design software to develop schedules and best practices to approach the concrete construction process. Our comprehensive approach to pre-construction services was developed to conserve contractors their two most precious resources - time and money.
Allen Concrete utilizes 3-D renderings and video modeling before construction of a new project.

Allen Concrete uses laser screeds to produce slab-on-grade concrete floors with higher FF/FL floors than any other traditional finishing methods. We establish grade by laser, utilizing a 3D Profiler System, disperse concrete by auger, and then vibrate and consolidate the concrete.
The Ishebeck Magashore system provides a rapid, versatile and efficient means of casting concrete decks in a wide variety of applications. Flexible and easy to use, Ishebeck Magashore comprises 5 main components: aluminum shores, connections brackets, ledger frames, stringer beams and beam clips. It is one of the least labor intensive systems in the market.
Allen Concrete utilizes Paschal Logo Wall Formwork made of a profiled flat steel frame for guaranteed sturdiness and long product life span. The quick accessory fastening on multi-functional cross profiles can be adapted to architectural plans without the need for on-site form work fillers. As a result, construction sites are completed faster and are more cost-effective.
The Robotic Total Station takes the guesswork out of earthworks. With accurate positioning and consistent digital design information, Allen Concrete can share information, track results instantly, make smarter decisions, and easily manage multiple job sites.
