SAFETY AND QUALITY
We are committed to creating an injury free and healthy work environment for our coworkers, clients, and construction partners. Allen Concrete has well established safety and drug free workplace programs. We have been extremely successful in establishing and maintaining a safety culture as our current mod rate testifies. Our project managers and foreman are required to maintain a 10-hour OSHA certification and prior to being hired, each employee is required to read, understand, acknowledge, and participate in our safety program. Our program is constantly supplemented and updated through a variety of continuing education safety programs and monthly bulletins.
